Sage Neuroscience Center
Established in 2006, Sage Neuroscience Center is an Albuquerque-based clinic offering integrated behavioral health, addiction medicine, and medication management for New Mexico. Their multidisciplinary team of physicians, psychiatric providers, therapists, and counselors delivers wraparound care designed to restore balance to mind and body — the same whole-person approach UHC brings to housing and restoration.

Care available through Sage
Sage provides a full continuum of outpatient services. Referrals and appointments are handled directly by their clinical team.
Behavioral Health Services
Behavioral Intensive Outpatient Program, adult individual therapy, and adult group therapy tracks led by licensed clinicians.
Medication Management
Adult psychiatric medication management with ongoing monitoring and adjustment by Sage prescribers.
Genoa Pharmacy
An in-house pharmacy so prescriptions can be filled right after an appointment, with transfers accepted from outside pharmacies.
Specialty Services
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), EMDR therapy, and telemedicine visits for patients across New Mexico.
Insurance Accepted
Sage accepts all Medicaid plans, Medicare, and most major commercial insurance, including Presbyterian, BCBS, Molina, Aetna, and UnitedHealthcare.
